Create any page needed to highlight important details on your public site.
You can add (public) pages to your app that can be used for whatever is needed, like terms/privacy policy but also to highlight features of your community.
This is set up using Perron. It supports Markdown. All you need to do is choose (uncomment) one of the listed Markdown gems in the Gemfile.
